Every project is unique and we price by the project, not by the hour.
PLANNING
Your Vision, Expectation and Budget
We begin with good discussions so that we thoroughly understand your vision, expectations and budget.  This is the most important part of the process.   We create a storyboard for the video to document things like the scenes of the video, the actors, the locations and sets, graphics and special effects, etc.   The storyboard is our communications tool to make sure we are all on the same page.   At this point we will discuss cost and possibly make changes to the storyboard to make sure we stay within your budget.
PREPRODUCTION
Get everything ready to Film
We need to get everything ready so we don't waste time when filming.  The most difficult and time consuming part of preproduction is finding locations for filming.  This also includes finding/hiring the actors, finishing the scripts, finding voice over artists, finding background music, lining up drone pilots, and more.  We make sure that for every scene in the storyboard that we know what to film and that we will have everything ready.
FILMING
"Roll Camera"   "Action"
This is the part most everyone enjoys.  Filming requires a lot of time to set up cameras, lights, mics and to walk through the action, so be patient. And we will film each scene multiple times and film more than we need so this step can take some time. We also have some guidelines to help non-actors do a good job.  Additionally, we have great gear and rarely need to rent any equipment so this helps manage the costs.  We shoot everything in 4K. We also have a 16 foot green screen.
EDITING
Make it Look GREAT
This is the part that we do and it can take some time based on how much we film.  This step also includes adding in graphics, effects, animation and music.  When we have a draft of the video complete we will make that available for you to review.   Collaboratively we will make revisions until you are satisfied with the final product.   At this point we make the final color corrections and clean up.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Pay when it's Finished
So now your video is finished.   When you pay what we agreed to then we deliver the video.   Normally we send you a link for you to download your video and then you have the ability to do whatever you like with it.   If you like we also can deliver all of the raw video that we filmed.
The most common question we get is "What will my video cost?"   We don't say "Well that depends", but rather "Let's discuss your project".   Every project is unique and it's important that we understand what you need in order to give you a good cost estimate.
Here are some things that can impact your cost:
1. Changing your vision after we start
2. Shooting in many locations
3. Having many scene changes
4. Traveling far for shoots
5. Using professional actors
6. Using professional voice over artists
7. Shooting on a green screen
8. Shooting drone clips
9. Renting a studio
10. Paying for location permits

And here are some things you can do to help manage the costs:
1. Have a good vision of what you want
2. Have some examples of what you want
3. Be vocal on what is important
4. Be open to new ideas
5. Be on-time
6. Be prepared
